In mid-July 2020, a review team from the China Quality Certification Center (CQC) Anhui Branch conducted an annual surveillance audit of ZHGAS’s triple management systems—Quality Management System (QMS),Environmental Management System (EMS),and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS)—at the company’s Chaohu headquarters. Following rigorous evaluation, ZHGAS passed the audit, affirming compliance with certification requirements.
The audit scope encompassed ZHGAS’s daily operations and project execution processes. Audited departments included Business Development, R&D, Design, Cost Control, Quality Control, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Human Resources, and Administration. Prior to the external audit, ZHGAS had conducted internal audits to ensure the adaptability, effectiveness, and comprehensiveness of its system documentation.
With active cooperation from all departments, the review team rigorously assessed records, conducted interviews, and performed random sampling to verify system implementation. During the closing meeting, the auditors concluded that ZHGAS’s QMS, EMS, and OHSMS demonstrated robust operation, meeting standards for adequacy, effectiveness, and sustainability. The team also provided actionable recommendations for refining project detail management and strengthening internal audit capabilities. Department heads pledged to address identified gaps promptly to eliminate management vulnerabilities.
This QMS (Quality Management System) review will further advance the company’s overall management capabilities, underpinning ZHGAS’s healthy and stable development.Since obtaining triple certifications, ZHGAS has continuously refined its management frameworks to advance standardization, proceduralization, and normalization across operations.
