To comprehensively advance the company’s intellectual property (IP) management, refine the IP management system, and fully leverage IP’s role in driving innovation, CAS Hefei Gasification Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter ZHGAS) convened an Intellectual Property Standardization Kick-off Meeting on March 27. Attendees included senior management, department representatives, and Attorney Pan from Yingke (Suzhou) Law Firm of Beijing.

Significance of IP standardization and certification workflows.
Standardized requirements were outlined for leadership, staff, departmental operations, and strategic planning to ensure IP compliance is integrated into end-to-end business processes.
ZHGAS prioritizes IP management by embedding patent applications, contract governance, HR activities, and procurement/production workflows into daily operations. The company continuously aligns practices with strategic goals—refining R&D protocols, contract standardization, and patent acquisition/maintenance—to proactively advance IP initiatives. Recent achievements include 30+ authorized patents and 3 registered trademarks.
