Recently, Zhongke Hefei Coal Gasification Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhonghe Gasification") successfully passed the certification for the new national standard "Compliance Management System Requirements for Enterprises Intellectual Property" (GB/T29490-2023) and officially obtained the "Intellectual Property Compliance Management System Certification Certificate".
The "Compliance Management System Requirements for Enterprises Intellectual Property" (GB/T 29490-2023), as the latest authoritative standard issued by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Knowledge Management, officially came into effect on January 1, 2024. This standard aims to help enterprises establish a sound intellectual property management system, effectively prevent intellectual property risks, and maximize the value of intellectual property. It plays an immeasurable and significant role in enhancing the value of corporate intangible assets, maintaining corporate vitality and momentum, and strengthening market competitiveness.
Following the release of the new standard, Zhonghe Gasification actively organized improvements to its internal management. In March, it launched the standardization work for its intellectual property management system. In accordance with the spirit of the national "Outline for Building a Strong Intellectual Property Nation (2021-2035)" and the "14th Five-Year Plan for National Intellectual Property Protection and Utilization," as well as the requirements of the company's overall development strategy, Zhonghe Gasification accelerated the construction of its intellectual property management system, improved its intellectual property management structure, formulated intellectual property management policies and objectives, compiled and ran system documents such as the "Intellectual Property Compliance Management Manual" and the "Intellectual Property Compliance Management System Control Procedures and Institutional Documents Compilation," and continuously improved them during operation. The company organized training for internal auditors on relevant knowledge, completed internal audits and management reviews, and finished all tasks according to the planned timeline. In late September, external experts conducted a comprehensive and rigorous certification review of Zhonghe Gasification's intellectual property management through document review and on-site Q&A sessions, ultimately granting approval with high recognition.
Since its establishment, Zhonghe Gasification has always regarded intellectual property as an important support and driving force for promoting the company's high-quality development. It attaches great importance to intellectual property strategic layout and has gradually established a relatively sound intellectual property management system. As of now, the company has obtained authorization for 12 national invention patents and 27 utility model patents, owns 3 registered trademarks, participated in drafting 1 national standard, 2 industry standards, and 2 group standards, and continuously strengthens cooperation with domestic research institutions and renowned universities to promote the industrialization of scientific research achievements.
