Recently, the 2016 Hefei Chaohu Economic Development Zone (HCEDZ) selection of high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents and teams was announced. CAS Hefei Gasification Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully recognized as a "2016 HCEDZ Industrial Innovation Team", and Yu Kuangshi, General Manager of the company, was appointed as the leader of the Zone’s Industrial Innovation Team Development Program for "New Clean and Efficient Coal Gasification Technology".
To advance the industrialization of proprietary technologies from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), the company has leveraged the CGAS oxygen-enriched/pure oxygen gasification technology (independently developed by the CAS Institute of Engineering Thermophysics) since its establishment. Building on the foundation of completing the first synthetic ammonia industrial demonstration and retrofit project, the company has actively expanded its market in synthetic ammonia retrofit projects and syngas chemical projects through demonstration effects. Over the past year, the company has reached cooperative agreements with multiple entities in Jiangsu, Hubei, and other provinces, with current contracted output value exceeding RMB 100 million.
Moving forward, the company will strengthen resource integration and engineering management systems, increase R&D investment, enhance technological innovation capabilities, promote the industrialization of new clean and efficient coal gasification technologies, and ensure sustained business growth.
